What will you be doing?
You will be the face and spokesperson in offering our valued business solutions to external clients! Your main goal? To help our customers accelerate their growth through a whole suite of end-to-end logistics solutions.
To enjoy the role, you should be a motivated individual who loves meeting new people and one who is comfortable with setting targets for yourself and more importantly, achieving them!
More That You Should Know!
  • Manage the full cycle of a business development process: Prospecting to pricing the solution to contract signing
    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
    • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Manage client retention
    • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
    • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  • Be actively involved in business development planning
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Be actively involved in management reporting and stay up to date on market trends
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Minimum tertiary education in any fields
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Only candidates with sales experiences in the eCommerce industry will be considered. 
  • Knowledge in 3PL logistics/transportation/channel management preferred but not a must
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and usage of CRM
